We do not offer Refunds, it sounds harsh but yes you read it right. However, It doesn’t mean that we don’t care about you and don’t want to help you with your purchase. If you have ordered a wrong size bra or, for any given reason, you don’t like the material, the bra (no other items) can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets the following requirements:
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
Please keep in mind that the customer has to bear the two-way shipment charges for an exchange. If there is no product available for exchange, you can request a credit coupon that can be used for future purchase at woomen.pk
